I just realized out of the nine weddings I did last summer not a single one made an appearance on my blog. What a shame! I figured I'd start by sharing Brandon and Nikki's wedding. They had a small, intimate wedding and reception at the Stein Eriksen Lodge in Park City. I loved being able to witness all the nerves, excitement and tears of happiness that transpired throughout the day. It was an absolutely beautiful day and I was honored to be a part of it. I'll let the pictures take it from here...

Braden + Danika
I've come to the conclusion that I'm not ever going to catch up on my blog. And I'm okay with that. However, I decided I really should post a few more weddings. Weddings have been keeping me super busy this year and I have been loving every moment of it. Now where to start? How about with Braden and Danika's wedding. I loved watching these two together. They were so sweet with one another. Enjoy a few of my favorite pictures from their big day.

Christmas Minis
It's that time again...Christmas mini-sessions! Because I have had a lot of requests for these this year I've decided to break up the minis into two days which will not only open up more spots but will also give you more options on the location. Both spots will be in the Salt Lake area. I have some really fun and festive ideas in store for both.
These are perfect, and I do mean perfect for holiday cards. The turn around time for these minis will be 3 days, which will ensure you will have plenty of time if you intend on using them for cards.

On my mind and in my heart
This morning I have something weighing heavily on my mind so I think I will take a short break from all of my Fall editing and post one of my favorite e-sessions ever...my baby sister's.
Kevin and Crystal were married a good 6 months ago (which gives you a glimpse at how insanely behind I am on the ol' blog-o). Their wedding was absolutely gorgeous and I may or may not have cried big, ugly, awkward tears all through the ceremony. It happens. Now to the weighing heavily on my mind part...Kevin is in the Air Force and was just deployed to Kuwait. My heart hurts for them. Yes, it is part of his job and yes, he is happy to do it but I can't help thinking about how they will miss their first Thanksgiving, Christmas and even their first Anniversary together. That's a lot of time apart and a lot of missed firsts. And the thing is I know there are many, many others who have and are currently making the same sacrifice. My dear old dad, who was in the army for years, missed out on his fair share of firsts. I guess what I am trying to say is that this morning, in this month where we concentrate on giving thanks, I would like to say thank you to all of the servicemen and women and their families. My heart is spilling over with gratitude for the sacrifices they make.

The {C} Family
I am in the middle of editing this session and couldn't stand it a moment longer, I had, yes had to share one. And I can't wait to share more. Think amazing lighting, one of my favorite families, lots of laughing while playing in the sand and water and ending it all with a few fun sunset shots. Is "work" allowed to be this much fun?

Halloween mini-sessions.
It's getting to be that time of year again. My favorite time of year! You know... colder weather, crisp colorful leaves, a plethora of pumpkins and of course, my Halloween minis. Oh, how I love seeing all my favorite little people dressed up in their costumes. This year the minis will be held at Wheeler Farm. They are $35 for a disk with 5 pictures and a print release. Grab your spot fast. These babies usually fill up quickly.
